Kimberley was born and raised in the City of Niagara Falls, Ontario. Prior to her career in law, Kimberley worked as a Surveillance Operator for Caesars Windsor. From there, Kimberley attended law school at the University of Sussex in England. Upon her return to Niagara Falls, she completed her Articles of Clerkship and was called to the Bar in September of 2015.
Kimberley is active in her community and devotes her time to the governance of Community Living Fort Erie. Within her profession, she is the 2nd Vice President of the Welland County Law Association. When time permits, you may find Kimberley playing slow pitch or golfing for charities.
For those who know Kimberley personally, they know she is an entrepreneur at heart. In 2016, she became a landlord to a duplex in Fort Erie where she continues to draw from her experiences to advise other landlords and tenants of their rights and assist her clients with the unique issues arising from the duplex and triplex markets. In April of 2018, she founded On Demand Process Serving and Court Filing and continues to oversee its operations.
Kimberley is a partner at DiSanto & Gray LLP and practices alongside her closest colleague, Anne Marie DiSanto. Ms. DiSanto practices family law which makes the firm uniquely equipped to deal with sales pursuant to separation.
Kimberley’s primary practice area is Real Estate with a secondary practice of Wills and Estates and Employment.
